Welcome to Mama-Groove!
Dance fitness classes specifically designed for the postnatal mum to work out whilst still being with her child.
We understand the barriers to get moving again after having a baby and that is why we encourage mums to bring their children with them to class, to wear, carry or just hang out while mummy works out to a diverse mix of uptempo music.
The classes are suitable for children from 6 weeks to 4 years old and each parent is responsible for their own child. Siblings are also welcome. Children are not essential to attend this class! If you are a woman looking for a daytime boogie and workout, look no further!
